Monica “Jac” Jagaciak is originally from Poland and was first signed as a model in 2007. She was only 13 at the time, stirring some controversy in the fashion and modeling world. She was the youngest model to pose for a Hermes campaign in the same year. Her career wouldn’t fully take off until two years later, with the Fall shows of New York Fashion Week. Her runway achievements are numerous and include Alexander McQueen, Alexander Wang, Balmain, Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Giorgio Armani, Jil Sander and Tom Ford. In May 2008, she was featured again on the cover of French Jalouse, and in October the same year Jagaciak also secured covers for Japanese Harper's Bazaar and Spur. Her campaign work includes Louis Vuitton, Coach, Hermes, Victoria’s Secret and Gap. Her editorial portfolio boasts names such as Vogue (Brazil, China, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Paris, Taiwan), W Magazine, Harper’s Bazaar (Australia, Mexico, Singapore, Turkey), i-D and Interview Magazine.
