Kate Moss on Beauty, Fitness, and the Life of a Top Model

We now know Kate Moss as the chic supermodel without even trying to be – after all, she has become synonymous with biker jackets, bedhead hair, and mud-caked boots. However, Moss revealed in a rare interview that she had recently begun to make an effort to maintain her iconic look, a fascinating example for anyone aspiring to a modeling career. She acknowledged that, although she was very low-maintenance when she was younger, some small routines have changed over time, illustrating how advice from an experienced supermodel can inspire young models and aspiring talents to join model agencies.

"I didn’t have to worry. It’s not about what I eat, nothing to do with that," she said, adding: "I never used to eat salads. And now, I feel fit!" She still doesn’t use any hair treatments, although she has recently gotten into the habit of removing her makeup before bed. "My skincare routine is very simple. I didn’t want to bother with tons of products that I would confuse and mix up without knowing what I was doing," Moss continued. She even added that she is now "pretty ready" to go to the gym.

At a time when diets and sculpted bodies are at peak interest, it’s refreshing to hear one of the world’s most admired women talk about a relaxed attitude toward beauty. Her advice, combined with the experience and path that many models gain in model agencies, shows that confidence and personal well-being matter just as much as success in modeling. Moss will remain beautiful with or without the gym, but her approach encourages models of all ages and levels to embrace their own style and pursue a career in the demanding world of models and model agencies.
