Podcasts that take fashion in a serious way.
Podcasts have gone from being a hot news to becoming something everyone has long since started with. Many people who sit on a random bus probably listen to some podcast. No matter what topic you are interested in, the chances are high that there is one for your interests.
Fashion profiles, fashion houses, magazines, and brands have also seen their share of the podcast wave. For many of them, it is a strategic PR move as part of storytelling in branding, a way to share values and connect with celebrities they want to be associated with.
Chanel has also understood the point of the podcast.
In mid-January, it became known that they were also launching their own.
Chanel Connects gives meaningful celebrities the opportunity to reflect on zeitgeist and where culture is heading.
In the first episodes, you hear conversations with Pharrell Williams, Keira Knightley, and Tilda Swinton. Hear it here.
Of course, there are plenty of podcasts in fashion already. Here we have gathered a couple that are worth listening to.
