Julia Frauche is a French fashion model born in Carnes in 1999. Julia’s modeling escapade dates to her college days in Paris, a time in her life when she shifted from catalog shoots to walking the runway for several shows.
Julia’s journey started at the tender age of 16 after scouting by modeling agencies in the South of France. However, she made her debut while she walked the runway for Jason Wu in New York. Later the same year, she walked for Givenchy, Gucci, Chloe, Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi, Alexander McQueen, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Sonia Rykiel, and Balenciaga.
Signing up with several model agencies allowed Julia to walk for many shows. These include Barbara Bui, Roberto Cavalli, Krakoff, Gabriele Colangelo, Cynthia Rowley, Altuzarra, Loewe, Marc Jacobs, and Stella McCartney, all in 2012. Besides, she walked for Derek Lam, Ports 1961, Céline, Elie Saab, Roland Mouret, VPL, Ruffian, Nina Ricci, Reed and Emilio Pucci, Preen, Miu Miu, Versus, and Anteprima. In 2014, she walked for Paul & Joe, Oscar de la Renta, and Shiatzy shows while she walked for Carolina Herrera for the fall/winter show in 2015.
In addition to appearing on the covers of Mademoiselle, French Vogue Travel, Vogue Mexico, and IO Donna, Julia Frauche has done several campaigns as a fashion model. These include spring/summer ad campaigns for Twin- Set, Yves Salomon, Gucci spring Campaign for eyewear, Balmain ad campaign in 2014, and Ivoire de Balmain Fragrance.
