Ana Schurmann is a Brazilian fashion model born in Florianopolis. Currently, Ana is signed up by different modeling agencies worldwide, giving her the chance to appear on magazine covers, walk runways and appear in numerous adverts. She is a composer, singer, songwriter, and musician and speaks fluently Portuguese, Spanish, English, French and Italian. She’s currently learning German, Japanese and Chinese.
After being scouted by one of the local modeling agencies in Brazil, Ana Schurmann started her modeling career at the tender age of 12. By the time she was 15, she had participated in a modeling competition in São Paulo, and her performance then shaped her international career in modeling. This opened up chances for her to walk the Max Mara S/S 22 Show in September 2021 - Performing and Writing the Soundtrack of the Show alongside the designer Ian Griffiths.
In addition to appearing on various magazine covers, other editorials include Vogue Arabia, Vogue Italia, Vogue Brasil, Elle USA, Marie Claire Latin America, Marie Claire Brazil, Elle Brasil, L’officiel Lithuania and Harper’s Bazaar Turkey.
Ana Schurmann also paints since she was 17 and has released her first project-brand entitled “Ana Schurmann Art” , where she sells her animal art work in sustainable T-Shirts and donates to help the animals in Brasil.
As a musician, Ana is known for hit tracks like “Tell Me”, a song that has been featured on BBC London along “Flume XI”, one of her many classical pieces. Her song “Whitkeys” has charted number 1 position in Deezer on the Top Italy playlist for two consecutive weeks. Ana plays many instruments like the piano, guitar, violin, Tar and flute. She produces her songs and directs her music videos traveling through different genres and languages.
She also studies philosophy with her Grandpa José Curi - PhD in Letter and Philosophy since 2009. Neuroscience since 2020 and The Meisner Technique since 2021.
Ana studied ballet in Paris in 2018, and Jazz when she was 11 years old. Last year, Ana started practicing Kung Fu in New Zealand.
She is working towards striking a balance between music and modeling that has allowed her to travel to several places in
the world like New York, Paris, Milan, Japan, Spain, São Paulo and Dubai.
