Inka Hoeper is a model of German nationality. She rose to fame at a young age, and is often seen in campaigns, editorials, and runway presentations with her twin sister Neele Hoeper. She was featured an ad campaign including a photoshoot for Raphael Delorme and Thierno SY with her twin sister. Together, the Hoeper twins have also been in many editorials, including Zeit Magazin 2013 (the July 4th edition), Gentle Woman Sisters Issue Autumn/Winter 2014, Jute Magazine, Fabulous Mag UK, and Madame Figaro.

With Neele, Inka Hoeper was also in Vogue Spain June 2017, and Harper's Bazaar Australia (special editorial about the chicest model twins in fashion). Wattpad Magazine, Numero Japan, Gilt Magazine, Grazia Italy March 2013, Elle Japan June 2013, Submission Mag January 2014, and Rough Italia 2015 all picked the twins to grace their pages.
