Born 1997, Julie Riethof is a German model who was scouted on the streets of metropolitan hometown Berlin. While she has been gaining more recognition as a model, she is also completing a university degree to become a teacher, and is a self-confessed book addict. Her modeling career has been illustrious, with important shoots for VILA’s Spring Summer campaign, walking the runway for Hugo Boss, appearing in Grazia France and Italian Elle publications.

Her idol is Waris Dirie, a model from Africa who is passionate and commited to human right advocacy through her platform. Julia Riethof would also like to help change the world through her platform and perspective as a model. Based on all the traveling that modeling entails, she realizes that the more familiar she is with countries and people across the globe, the more her empathy grows for all of humanity.
