A few months later, both Kendall Jenner and Kaia Gerber also jumped on the trend. It obviously didn't matter that both lived in the Los Angeles area. They should have fur-covered shoes.

Since then, Corona is a thing of the past, but certain things have still been carried on.

Celebrities still love Uggs.

It is not the classic they are seen in now. Magazines such as Page Six write that it is the new platform variant that applies.

When the former recently launched the cashmere brand Guest in Residence, it was with platform Uggs on the feet.

Elsa Hosk was wearing comfort from head to toe when she was spotted out and about in New York earlier this month. The Swedish supermodel also recently launched her own clothing brand called Helsa.

Keke Palmer, known from Jordan Peele's latest film Nope, also seems to be a fan of the platform Uggs.

For those who have already been through a round of the early 2000s Paris Hilton look with a Juicy Couture tracksuit and Uggs, luckily there are alternatives this autumn.
