What angle you look at the camera can surprisingly add up to 5 kilograms to your appearance. Photographer Peter Hurley says he does not believe in the myth that the camera always adds five pounds to a person - that's what a person does when they do not know how to pose.
But how do you get 5 kilograms lighter in the photos?
Over the years, the photographer has fixed a single position that he recommends for everyone - tilt your head a little forward and push it slightly inclined to make the jawbone and neck look better.
This pose is worth practicing at home in front of a mirror, and be sure to try to find which side of the face is more photogenic. That is, you could easily push your face slightly to either side.
