Nimue Smit is a Dutch fashion model, born in Amsterdam and well-known for her work with the biggest fashion houses, such as Louis Vuitton, Dolce & Gabbana, Chanel, Calvin Klein and Prada. She even got to work first hand with some of the designers like Mulberry, RMK, Marc Jacobs, Alberta Ferretti and Chloe. Most recently she did the Van Cleef & Arpels jewelry campaign.

She first modeled for the Ready to Wear Spring/ Summer 2009 fashion show for Prada, Miu Miu and Marni. Having been born in Amsterdam, on 14th January, 1992, she had been discovered by CODE Management when she was in the Dutch capital.
In the year 2010, Nimue moved to New York City and it is there that she began to appear on the covers of Spur Magazine, Glamour, Marie Claire, and Elle. Her nickname is Nimue Zodiac due to the fact that she recognizes many of her qualities as that of a true Capricorn.
