Celebrities love the bag that looks like a fish.
Constantly new IT bags are coming on the scene, often signed by Bottega Veneta. The brand's Jodie and The Pouch have been seen on the arm of a number of celebrities and influencers in recent years, to say the least, and you'd have to have been living under a rock not to have picked it up.
Former creative director Daniel Lee really lifted the Italian fashion house up and forward with the popular bags, but at the start of 2022, it became known that Matthieu Blazy will take over Lee's position. Earlier this year, Blazy showcased its first Fall-Winter collection for the brand, and it looks like one bag, in particular, is well on its way to becoming the next IT bag.
Celebrities have caught the eye of Bottega Veneta's Sardine Bag.
The Italian fashion house's Fall-Winter collection consists of a number of interesting bags, but it is undoubtedly the bag with a metallic handle shaped like a fish that has garnered the most attention. Hence the name Sardine Bag.
Lately, it-girls like Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Kendall Jenner have gone for this bag.
Huntington-Whiteley showed off her white bag with gold handles on Instagram to her 16.5 million followers last month.
British Vogue, which also mentions the bag, points out that Bottega Veneta believes the bag in a way has the effect of a piece of jewelry.
Kendall Jenner also seems to like the bag.
The model was recently spotted in New York with a chocolate brown variant in hand.
According to British Vogue, the bag should also be quite roomy. They refer to Vogue India's September cover star Sonam Kapoor Ahuja's In The Bag interview with the magazine. Ahuja has, among other things, two hairbrushes, glasses, sunglasses, a wallet, a hand fan, and make-up in her Sardin Bag.
The bag, which has a price tag of approximately 3,400 Euros, comes in the colors Chalk, Barolo, and Bitter Chocolate.

In Bottega Veneta's Spring Summer 2023 collection, it also appears in black, grey-brown, and yellow.
